According to a report released by the forum last week, at least a third of the Israeli hostages suffer from chronic illnesses and require essential medications. The report also highlighted that “others suffer from illnesses related to the harsh captivity conditions.”
Qatar, taking a lead role in the negotiations, announced that the medicine and aid are set to leave Doha today. However, the exact timeline for reaching Gaza remains unclear.
