Hundreds of law enforcement agencies in New Jersey, spanning across all 21 counties, have been wasting taxpayer funds to support a police training program that promoted illegal violence, civil rights violations, and unconstitutional tactics.
In Atlantic County, the police departments of Absecon City, Atlantic City, Brigantine City, Egg Harbor City, Egg Harbor Township, Galloway Township, Hamilton Township, Hammonton Town, Linwood City, Longport Borough, Mullica Township, Northfield City, Pleasantville City, Somers Point City, and Ventnor City participated in the controversial training program.
In Bergen County, law enforcement agencies from Allendale Borough, Bergenfield Borough, Carlstadt Borough, Cliffside Park Borough, Cresskill Borough, Demarest Borough, Dumont Borough, East Rutherford Borough, Edgewater Borough, Elmwood Park Borough, Emerson Borough, Englewood Cliffs Borough, Fort Lee Borough, Franklin Lakes Borough, Garfield City, Glen Rock Borough, Hackensack City, Hasbrouck Heights Borough, Haworth Borough, Hillsdale Borough, Ho-Ho-Kus Borough, Leonia Borough, Little Ferry Borough, Lodi Borough, Lyndhurst Township, Mahwah Township, Maywood Borough, Midland Park Borough, Montvale Borough, Moonachie Borough, New Milford Borough, North Arlington Borough, Northvale Borough, Oakland Borough, Old Tappan Borough, Oradell Borough, Palisades Park Borough, Paramus Borough, Park Ridge Borough, Ramsey Borough, Ridgefield Borough, Ridgefield Park Village, Ridgewood Village, River Edge Borough, River Vale Township, Rochelle Park Township, Rutherford Borough, Saddle River Borough, South Hackensack Township, Teaneck Township, Tenafly Borough, Upper Saddle River Borough, Waldwick Borough, Wallington Borough, Washington Township, Woodcliff Lake Borough, Wood-Ridge Borough, and Wyckoff Township were all involved.
In Burlington County, police departments from Beverly City, Bordentown Township, Burlington County, Burlington Township, Cinnaminson Township, Delanco Township, Eastampton Township, Edgewater Park Township, Florence Township, Lumberton Township, Mansfield Township, Maple Shade Township, Medford Township, Moorestown Township, Mount Holly Township, Mount Laurel Township, New Hanover Township, North Hanover Township, Pemberton Township, Riverside Township, and Willingboro Township participated.
In Camden County, agencies from Audubon Borough, Barrington Borough, Bellmawr Borough, Berlin Borough, Berlin Township, Brooklawn Borough, Camden City, Cherry Hill Township, Chesilhurst Borough, Collingswood Borough, Gloucester City, Gloucester Township, Haddon Heights Borough, Haddon Township, Mount Ephraim Borough, Oaklyn Borough, Pennsauken Township, Pine Hill Borough, Runnemede Borough, Stratford Borough, Waterford Township, and Winslow Township were part of the training initiative.
In Cape May County, police departments from Avalon Borough, North Wildwood City, Wildwood City, and Wildwood Crest Borough were involved in the program.
In Cumberland County, law enforcement agencies from Millville City and Vineland City participated in the controversial police training program that has come under scrutiny for advocating unconstitutional tactics.

In Gloucester County, police departments from Clayton Borough, Deptford Township, East Greenwich Township, Elk Township, Franklin Township, Glassboro Borough, Greenwich Township, Harrison Township, Logan Township, Mantua Township, Paulsboro Borough, South Harrison Township, Washington Township, West Deptford Township, Westville Borough, Woodbury City, Woodbury Heights Borough, and Woolwich Township were involved in the controversial police training program.
In Hudson County, law enforcement agencies from Bayonne City, Guttenberg Town, Harrison Town, Hoboken City, Hudson County, Kearny Town, North Bergen Township, Secaucus Town, Union City, Weehawken Township, and West New York Town also funded the controversial program.
In Hunterdon County, law enforcement agencies from Clinton Township, Flemington Borough, Frenchtown Borough, High Bridge Borough, Holland Township, Hunterdon County, Lebanon Township, and Readington Township participated in the controversial police training program that is under investigation.

In Ocean County, police departments from Barnegat Township, Bay Head Borough, Beach Haven Borough, Beachwood Borough, Brick Township, Harvey Cedars Borough, Lacey Township, Lakewood Township, Lavallette Borough, Little Egg Harbor Township, Manchester Township, Ocean County, Ocean Gate Borough, Ocean Township, Plumsted Township, Point Pleasant Beach Borough, Point Pleasant Borough, Seaside Park Borough, Ship Bottom Borough, South Toms River Borough, Stafford Township, Surf City Borough, Toms River Township, and other municipalities were involved in funding and implementing the controversial police training.
In Passaic County, law enforcement agencies from Bloomingdale Borough, Haledon Borough, Hawthorne Borough, Little Falls Township, North Haledon Borough, Passaic County, Pompton Lakes Borough, Prospect Park Borough, Wanaque Borough, Wayne Township, West Milford Township, and Woodland Park Borough participated in the training program.
In Salem County, police departments from Carneys Point Township, Penns Grove Borough, Pennsville Township, Salem City, and Woodstown Borough were also involved in the program that has now come under investigation.
In Somerset County, law enforcement agencies from Bedminster Township, Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Branchburg Township, Bridgewater Township, Far Hills Borough, Hillsborough Township, Manville Borough, Montgomery Township, North Plainfield Borough, Peapack and Gladstone Borough, Raritan Borough, Somerset County, South Bound Brook Borough, Warren Township, and Watchung Borough are under scrutiny for participating in the program.
In Sussex County, law enforcement agencies from Andover Township, Byram Township, Franklin Borough, Hamburg Borough, Hardyston Township, Hopatcong Borough, Newton Town, Sparta Township, Sussex County, and Vernon Township were among those implicated in using taxpayer funds to sponsor the program.
In Union County, police departments from Berkeley Heights Township, Clark Township, Cranford Township, Elizabeth City, Fanwood Borough, Garwood Borough, Hillside Township, Kenilworth Borough, Linden City, New Providence Borough, Plainfield City, Rahway City, Roselle Borough, Summit City, Union County, Westfield Town, and other municipalities also participated in the training program that has drawn widespread criticism.
Finally, in Warren County, police departments from Belvidere Town, Blairstown Township, Hackettstown Town, Independence Township, Lopatcong Township, Phillipsburg Town, Pohatcong Township, Warren County, and other municipalities were involved in allocating funds to the controversial program.
